海外旅行で、美味しかったローカルグルメ堂々1位は、香港で食べた蝦雲呑麺☆
今はコロナ&円安&仕事で行けませんので、蝦雲呑麺を見つけると必ず食べます！
入ると店内は綺麗で清潔。トイレもピカピカ☆
店員さんの対応も親切で、かなり好印象！
フードコートでも無いのに何故⁈な壁の料理プレートに異国を感じます。かなり楽しい♪
客層は日本人ゼロで臨場感満載の店内に、気分はプチ香港トリップ♪
ワクワクでいただきます！
うん！香港で食べた味とは異なりますが、これはこれで美味しい。
蝦もぶりぶりって、ほぼ蝦の塊が入ってました♡
麺も香港くらいギシギシでゴムっぽくは無いのですが、細麺で歯応えあり。
強いて言えば、スープに特徴が無いかなぁ。
でも、あっさりしているので飲んだ後や二日酔いに良さそう。
ジャスミン茶も保温ポットに満杯入っていて、大きめの湯飲み4杯分くらいありました。
大量のジャスミン茶に、飲んだお酒を洗い流して貰えました☆←気のせい
他のメニューも魅力的だし、何より楽しかった♪
かなり通う事になりそうです。
