I visited this restaurant for lunch. It was a collaboration with Kaijiru Ramen at Toranomon Toranomon Toranomon is a favorite place of mine, so I went there. What I ordered was Kai Dashi Tonkotsu Ramen It is a combination of soup with shellfish soup and Tonkotsu soup. The pork bone broth is very refreshing. The noodles are a little thicker than those of Tonkotsu Ramen, and the soup is well mixed with the noodles. It was very empty that day, but it could become popular. I would like to visit again.
