休日の18時半頃伺いました。
店内は8割位の入りでしたがすぐにカウンターに通されました。
タッチパネルで注文して寿司は新幹線700系に模したものでテーブル上部に届く形です。
テーブルの醤油が京樽ブランドだったので、持ち帰り寿司の京樽さんグループなのかと…
まずは生ビールを注文したのですが、なかなか出て来ません。他のお客さんが催促していいたのですが、人手不足なのか20分位して店員さんが持って来てくれましたｗ
寿司は小ぶりでシャリは赤酢のような色をしているものの香りも味もあまり赤酢は感じませんし、ワサビも普通の回転寿司同様ついていませんし、シャリロボットが作っているので、寿司屋の寿司とはかなり違和感があります。
ちょっと小腹が空いて寿司もどきを食べたくなったときはいいのかなー
