西川口駅前。中国料理のお店。
羊料理の専門店。
羊肉を使用する中国料理店は西川口に数多くあるが、
その中でも群を抜いて羊料理が多彩。すごいよ。
とにかく、徹底的に羊料理。羊のホルモン系も普通にある。
ランチで利用した。
ランチメニューも、普通に羊料理。
いただいたのは、
羊の排骨焼きの定食(確かそんな名前)(880円)
ご飯の上に、羊の排骨を焼いたものと目玉焼きが乗るプレート。
それに、スープと、食べ放題の惣菜がつく。これで880円はかなり安い。
羊の排骨は、脂身がトロトロになるまで煮込まれて、それが軽く焼かれて提供。
骨がスポッと抜けるので、とても食べやすい。なので、羊の旨みを存分に楽しめる。
味付けも丁度いい感じ。余計な甘味や辛味はなく、日本人好みの味。
脂身が多かったので恐らく安い部位なのだろうが、上手に調理されている。
スープも美味。当然、羊のスープ。パクチーの味の乗りもいい。
惣菜は食べ放題。
基本的には野菜類を中国東北地方特有の辛味ソースで和えただけのものだが、
私が行ったときには3種類あった(帰り際にもう1種類追加)。
店員さんは全員中国の方だが、日本語が通じる。
注文はタブレットで。
メニューを見る限り、お一人様利用でもかなり楽しめそう。
また近々行ってみようと思う。
