今日も評判の良いベトナム料理店へ行ってみました。
とても感じの良い店員さんに、キレイな店内へ案内されます。
【レア牛肉フォー＋バンミ(ハーフ)】￥1270
をオーダー。
『ぱくちーダイジョウブデスカ？』と尋ねられ、卓上調味料の説明とともに提供されました。
早速味わってみると、初めての風味ながら食べやすく、それでいて程よいエスニック感のあるスープ。
フォーはツルツルで食感も良いです。
調味料で味変を楽しみながらいただきます。
バンミはサクッとしたバンズと、具材の味付けが控えめで良いですが、チリソースをディップしてみる好みの味わいになり美味。
最初は落ち着いた味わいで提供されるので、好みでエスニック感マシマシにして楽しめます♪
それと今回も料理のみの評価ですが、間仕切りカーテンがとても可愛いかったので加点しようかと思いました笑
