I decided to have a drink with a colleague from work. On this day, we gathered at Warabi. My colleague was going to be late, so I decided to go to the store first. There was a store I was interested in, so I went there. There is a street that goes straight out of the west exit of Warabi Station. Beyond the first intersection, this shop is located next to Family Mart on the corner of the intersection. I often pass by the store and was curious about it. As the signboard says it's a public bar, it certainly has a popular atmosphere. The store is larger than I expected, with some counter seats and table seats. When I entered, I was alone, but when I told them I would be joining them later, they let me sit at a table. First, draft beer. Then order some snacks. When you look at the menu, there are quite a few items. There is a standard menu and recommended menus written on paper. I'm having a hard time finding meat and fish-based snacks on the menu. On this day, I ordered the Grilled offal heart and tongue from the standard menu. Also, I ordered the beef tendon stew from the recommended menu. While I was drinking draft beer and waiting, the stewed beef tendon came out first. Stewed beef tendon that is perfectly soft. It has a rich flavor that goes well with sake. It has a beefy taste and a slightly sweet taste. In addition to beef tendon, there were konnyaku, daikon radish, carrots, etc. Grilled offal hearts have just the right amount of saltiness. It's still juicy and has a good taste without any odor. The tongue has just the right amount of crunch. A little less salty. It's not dry and you can feel the flavor of the tongue. Somewhere along the way, my colleagues from the company joined us and we had some extra food and drinks. The shop is served by a young brother and sister. When I call them, they take my order without making me wait, and it feels good to work with them in a relaxed manner. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy a wide variety of food and drinks. I want to try different things, so this was a restaurant I wanted to come with a group of people to share and enjoy.
