夏が来る前に行ってみよう～♪

注文の際は、メニューやお蕎麦について
ご主人（二代目？）自ら
とっても丁寧に説明して下さいました。
そばがき、お店でいただくの初めて♪
お餅みたいで美味しいです！
大昔、家で作って食べたのとはまるで別物( ´艸｀)
味噌炙り焼きとか、揚げだしとか
そばがきにも色々な調理方法があるんですね。
そしてお蕎麦。
これもまた従前の十割そばのイメージを
悉く覆されました。
ボソボソ、ブツブツ、ザラザラ、してない！
最初はそのまま・・・
次はお塩で・・・
最後はおつゆで…
うんまーーーーー(((o(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)o)))
わたくし、お蕎麦に関しては門外漢ですが
マジで何もつけなくても美味しかったです♪
