2019年３月のとある土曜日のお昼どき、父の古希祝いとして、両親・私の家族・弟の家族で利用しました。
このお店は、越谷市内を南北に走る旧４号線（県道足立越谷線）沿いにあります。
最寄り駅は東武スカイツリーライン新越谷駅とＪＲ武蔵野線南越谷駅で、それぞれの駅から徒歩数分です。
源氏総本店は「かにとしゃぶ」のお店ですが、慶事・法事向けの席とお料理が充実しています。
このお店は「南越谷店」ですが、このレビューの日現在で、もう１つ愛知県豊橋市内に「向山店」があるようです。
私たちは「かにと黒毛牛しゃぶコース」（税抜4,980円）を利用しました。
黒毛牛肉のしゃぶしゃぶと、本ずわいがにのしゃぶしゃぶが楽しめるコースです。
お肉もかにも、とてもおいしかったです。
乾杯はヱビスビール。
続いて、父、弟とは銘酒「獺祭」をたくさんいただきました。（飲み放題をつけなかったので、いいお値段になりました…）
シメのご飯と稲庭風うどんもいただいて、おなかいっぱいになりました。
和服姿の店員さんたちのおもてなしにも感謝です。
