...ality vegetable oil, and two types of breadcrumbs depending on the ingredients. The fine breadcrumbs absorb less oil and are not greasy, so you can eat as many as you like. The kushikatsu is delicious as is, but they also offer sauces in a jar, including ponzu sauce, pepper sauce, and rock salt. However, dipping in sauce twice is prohibited. The staff is mostly female, and the warm and friendly atmosphere makes it popular with families.
