On the way back from Cocoon City, I didn't have the energy to cook at home, so I decided to go out and eat Monja-yaki, which is hard to make at home! I decided to visit KANSAI near Urawa Misono Aeon! It's been about two years since I last visited. I think it was around the time of the GoTo ticket (*^^*) I went there without making a reservation, and the parking lot was almost full! It might be safer to make a reservation or call in advance! I sat on a chair at the entrance and waited for about 5 minutes! The rooms are private rooms, so it might be good for when you want to get together with your family! I didn't think I would eat as much as I would at an all-you-can-eat restaurant, so I ordered the usual a la carte! I ordered salad, Okonomiyaki, Monja-yaki, soba rice, drink bar, and other dishes and waited! ▶ Shredded cabbage and tomato salad Literally shredded cabbage and tomatoes with a refreshing salt-based dressing! It was refreshingly delicious with seaweed sprinkled on top. ▶ Deluxe KANSAI Yaki (Okonomiyaki) This is Okonomiyaki with a wide variety of ingredients, including scallops, shrimp, octopus, squid, and pork! It comes with two iodine egg hikari, so it's full of eggs! The ingredients, including the plump grilled yam, were well-cooked! It looked good, but the cabbage was very bitter, like bitter melon, so I think it would be better to soak it in water. The kids couldn't eat it... The cabbage in the salad wasn't bitter, so I think it's probably because of the difference in the storage method. ▶ Mentaiko Mochi Cheese (Okonomiyaki) It was forgotten, but it came right away when I checked! I chose flying fish broth as the base, and I think it was the same last time! I roughly chopped the cabbage with my hands to make a mound, and finally melted the mentaiko and mochi that I had saved and added them to finish! The taste was a little salty, and since I refrained from drinking alcohol today, I felt like I had too much. ▶ Sobameshi Finely chop the ingredients with your hands and mix with the rice, separate the noodles and loosen them with water while cutting them finely, mix them together, add Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) sauce and it's done! This seemed to be the best for the kids too! The color of the minced meat was a little suspicious, but maybe it was burnt when defrosted in the microwave? I was a little worried, but it was fine! I felt that the seasoning could be a little lighter overall! Okonomiyaki and Monja-yaki are difficult to make at home, so they are busy matching supply to demand, so if they can keep the quality up, they won't be able to find other stores and I think they can win!
