真っ赤な看板とテントがとても印象的で前々からBMしていた越谷市南越谷の【萬福】さんへ初訪問。
ロケーションはｒ４９旧日光街道下り車線に面した立地、最寄りは東武スカイツリーライン『蒲生（がもう）駅』から徒歩９分程。
夜営業のみと赤い看板の『特製ニンニク』に怯え中々暖簾がくぐれなかった... ^^;
店内へ入ると奥へ長い店内は意外と広く、先客３名さん、後客さん多数。
奥側のカウンターに着いてお酒は？とお尋ねすると残念ながら自粛中とのことだがしょうがない！
メニューをチェックし”あんかけもやしでＯＫ牧場！”と紹介？の【モヤシラーメン】６７０円を口頭オーダー。
４分経ったかな？ 早々とオーダーの品が着丼♪
熱々もうもう湯気が立ち昇り、醤油ベースのスープとモヤシ餡のコントラストがおいしそう。
具材のモヤシたっぷりに大き目なきくらげがトロットロな餡に包まれている。
とろとろ餡と地のスープの間にレンゲを差し込み２層のスープが絡み合い深い旨みでおいしい。
あいだあいだにいただく、きくらげのコリコリ食感がこれまた良いんだよネ♪
モヤシの間から静かに麺を引っ張り出すとザ・中華麺な感じの緩めウェブで黄色みが強い中細麺は柔らか目な茹で加減。
中華ラーメンの定番だけあって、餡掛けモヤシと麺の相性がとても良い感じでうまい。 ^^
中盤から赤い調味料をフリフリしながら麺とモヤシを一気に啜り上げる。
餡掛けブレンドのスープもゴクゴクすすみお腹いっぱい完食完飲、ごちそうさまでした！
まん防後に人気の餃子＆レバーでビールを是非いただきたい。
