土曜日の11時半、先客0後客2。
町中華的なこちらのお店に初めておじゃま。
暑いのでつけめんを注文。相方はいつもの冷し中華。
10分程度で配膳されたつけめん。具材は味玉半分、刻みチャーシュー、メンマ、刻み海苔、ネギ少々。つけ汁は酸味の利いた醤油ベースにゴマ油の風味がほんのり感じるサッパリ系で好みのもの。麺はオーソドックスでラーメンと共通と思われる細麺。
暑い日にはもってこいの一杯。ごちそうさまでした！
