2017年11月27日（リニューアルオープン） |
新越谷駅（南越谷駅）近くにある蕎麦屋。
午後1時15分頃に来店しましたが、
既に待つグループ客が2組あり、
店の入り口前（外）に、椅子が並べられおり、
電気ストーブが置いてある。
その配慮から店主の心配りが伺える。
名前と人数を書いて、椅子に座り待つ。
待っている間にも、次々にお客が並んでいく。
しかしながら、一組60分制で、
回転は早い様だ。
20分ほど待ち、案内された。
寒いので、暖かい蕎麦のメニューから
にしんそば 税込1650円、
10割そば（生粉打ち）に変更200円を
オーダー。
生粉打ち（10割蕎麦）は、
1日10食限定で、通常は、
二八蕎麦になります。
10割蕎麦は、蕎麦本来の香り、
味、歯応えを感じられると
思います。
私は、10割蕎麦が、好きなので、
選びました。
ニシン蕎麦のニシンは、甘みがあり、
つゆが更に味わい深くなり
美味しくなった様に思いました。
おつゆも大変美味しく、
普段は、つゆは、残すのですが、
こちらのおつゆは、飲み干しました。
それ程、美味しかったです！
お店は、内装が和モダンで
センス良く清潔で、気持ち良く
過ごせました。
お店のスタッフさんのサービスも
とても良く、見送りの際の
お辞儀が深々として、丁寧に感じました。
お蕎麦も美味しいお店です。(^^)
