南越の旨いモノで名前があがるSOBA満月さんを訪問。鴨南蛮と野菜天せいろ、ごぼうと海老のかき揚げを注文。
蕎麦は小諸フリークであまり判りませんが、
コシがあって◎盛りだとよりコシがあります。
喉越しも良いけど、歯応えも良い。食数限定で十割もあり。
鴨汁も風味が強く出ていて、鴨肉も適度な弾力で美味しかった。つゆは鰹の酸味強くて、私は好きです。
開店時間の11時半に行くと並び列ができていました。
記名予約して、指定の時刻に戻る方式で、席数少ないお店ですが、ノンストレス。
