しゃぶしゃぶ温野菜 草加店
しゃぶしゃぶ温野菜さんは結構良いお店と感じている。肉もそこそこいいお肉。料金に応じた材料。
なので結構お気に入り。 ちょっといい肉が食べれる２９８０円のでスタート。
いつも昆布だしと火鍋で食べます。 肉もじゃんじゃん持ってきてくれるので良い感じ。
先日、TVでやっていたのですが、ごまだれにはフォアグラが入っているとのこと。道理でねっとり
しっとり味が濃いわけです。 なのであっさり野菜類を味わうにはポン酢がお勧めです。
ちょっと残念なのは
・火鍋、辛くない。もっと激辛があれば良いのに、とおもう。もちろんキムチを入れて辛くすることも
可能だが、酸味が出るし。それでもあまり辛くはならない。
・昆布だし、もっと昆布が効いていてもいいかと思う。肉がいい肉なのであっさりと言うことも判るが、
昆布なら大丈夫。もっと濃くてもいいと思う。
店員さんが少ないのか、呼んでからちょっと時間がかかったり、呼んでいる最中なのに手ぶらの
店員さんが素通りと言うこともしばしば。 混んでいるから仕方ないかも知れませんが、ご注意を。
ところで、草加店だけ 店名が「温野菜」です。直して欲しいです 。
