１月２０日１８時間ぐらい。シルシルミシルで見て、家族４人で黒毛和牛ざぶとんを食べに行きました。８時から宴会が入っているけど、それまでなら座敷が可能とのことで、くつろぎながらの食べ放題を注文。値段は1人５０００円。小学生は１０００円引き。かなり贅沢な夕飯です。こんなに頑張ったの久々。テレビ見た最高の肉が出て来て、みんな感動で旨い。最高に幸せ。最初の２皿はペロっと。９０分でたくさん食べるぞ～って気合い充分。しかし、そこから注文してから全くこない。２０分後、店員さんに聞くと厨房が混んでいるとのこと、。その間にペコペコなので、食べ方を変更。本当なら肉ある程度食べて、ご飯だったけど。予定を変更、ご飯を注文。やっと肉２皿きた～！最高に旨い。ペロッと完食。しかしご飯はこない。あれ？
肉注文。今度は両方ともこない。まったくこないから、サイドメニューの食べ放題を注文。
やっと小ライス２個。え！子供達に！
あとはまったくこない。
大人もご飯を注文。
さすがに遅いので店員さんに調べてもらうと、注文されていない。あれ？混んでいるじゃないの？(T_T)
アルバイト店員さんは深く謝罪。
子供達は白いご飯だけで腹いっぱいに。これなら家でも喰えるやん！泣(T_T)
味、雰囲気、CPは最高。しかし、料理が遅いし、忘れる。
店員さんの人柄は良い。
だから、もったいないなーと感じた。
俺はまた来たいけど、嫁と子供達は二度やだ～って評価。最後に店がアンケートを求めて来たので、嫁が今回の件を書いた。それで、改善されば良いと思います。きっと多く方が同様に感じているでしょう。アルバイトからの謝罪はあったけど不満がいっぱいでした。アンケートには住所を書いているので、店長さんがどのように対応するのか？楽しみにです。きっと良く変わってくれるでしょう。
