牛タンハンバーグをいただいて参りました。
弾力のあるハンバーグは大きめの180グラム。
コリッとした歯ざわりと
特有の香り（苦手な人には臭み^^;）が
牛タンの存在をアピールしていますね。
んー・・・美味しくないわけではないけど
牛タンはハンバーグじゃないほうが良いかな(^^;;;
