ステーキのどん 草加店

休日のランチに利用。
この周辺、国道沿いは飲食店が多くて便利。今日は初めての『ステーキのどん』さん。見かけることはあってもなかなか利用する事はなかったですね。
14時位の訪問。ピークタイムを過ぎて落ち着いた雰囲気の店内。ボックス席にご案内からの注文です。
本日の注文は、ハンバーグ＆牛ハラミスライスランチ1080円。
ライス、パン、スープはおかわり自由だそうです。ありがたいですな、
注文後15分ほどで到着。
熱々の鉄板に盛られています。ハンバーグは130グラム、ハラミは60グラムです。チョイとサイズ小さめやね、、
ハンバーグは肉汁あふれるパターン。中がサンドしてあるように割れてたのでそのような工夫がほどこされてるのか。ハンバーグは柔らかでふんわり。味は普通かな。
ハラミは脂も程よく美味い。チョイ硬いけど許容範囲。
ソースはオニオン、醤油の2種類。オニオンは刻んだオニオンが入ってて食感も良さげ。
醤油はにんにくが効いていてご飯が進むね。
スープはオニオンは胡椒が効いていてチョイ辛。なかなか旨いね。
牛骨白湯はインスタントラーメンのスープみたいな感じ。嫌いではない、、いや、、好きかも。笑
うん、良いね。この金額でお腹いっぱい。ファミレスクオリティー、コスパ抜群。
また来ます。
