東京出張時に、親戚が近所なので連れて行ってもらいました。
シックな感じで落ち着いた感じの店内。
馬鍋を腹いっぱいいただきました。馬刺しはたまにスーパーで買って食べますが、全然柔らかさが違います。
同じ熊本産なのにナゼ？ ？
馬刺し、サラダもさっぱりとして旨し。サラダは隠し味が歯ごたえよくいけました。焼きそ馬もちゃんぽん麺で、しっかりした味。
久々に飲んだ生ビールとよく合う、一品料理の数々。
中でも馬レバーの燻製は超旨かった。ビールとの相性は最高でした。
ぜひ、福岡支店を作ってほしいですね。
