10年以上ぶりだと思いますが、昼飲みでお邪魔しました。
土曜日の13時前でしたが、それほど混んでいませんでした。こちらはランチをやっているので、他の方はランチで定食を食べているようでした。
せっかくですので、鉄板の鶏肉を頼むことにして、タブレットを見ていたら、ホルモン野菜焼きもあり、どっちも頼むことにしました。
鶏肉は歯ごたえよく、食べ応えがあります。ホルモンもマルチョウ❓シマチョウ❓なんのホルモンかは分かりませんでしたが、プルプルの柔らかい美味しいホルモンでした。食べ終えた後に追加で塩味もお願いしたくらいの美味しさです。
他には定番のきびなごも美味しかったですし、鶏皮キムチもよかった。鶏皮キムチが美味しかったので、鶏皮ポン酢を追加してしまいました。というのも、だいたい鶏皮は串か唐揚げで食べることがほとんどでしたが、こちらは茹でなんですかね。食感もよくやみつきでした。
締めに辛麺を頼みましたが、これだけはちょっと口に合わなかったかな。郷土料理のようだというのは、後から調べて知ったのですが、ラーメン屋で出てくる辛麺をイメージしてたので、まぁ今回はお勉強ってことで。
全体的に美味しかったので良かったです。
