We are located in Nichinan City, Miyazaki Prefecture, and we raise local chickens called "Miyazaki Jidori," which is also known locally as the mythical local chicken. Poultry farming is a living thing |
It is located on the right side of the Musashino Line after leaving the south exit of Minami-Koshigaya Station. The recommended drink is the Jitokko Highball, a mix of matsuro and soda. It's not bad, but it tastes different from the rich sweet potato flavor of the matsuro I had in Nichinan, Miyazaki. They probably use a lighter version of matsuro. It might be good for those who like light sweet potato shochu. For snacks, we started with the seared Jitokko chicken. It was chewy and the meat was not very filling, but it was delicious. Then there was the charcoal grilled Jitokko chicken, which was sizzling on the hot plate and had a good black texture. It wasn't as good as the charcoal grilled Jitokko chicken I had in Miyazaki, but it was still delicious. For additional drinks, we had a single matsuro and soda water. It had more of a potato punch than the Jitokko Highball I had first, and it was definitely my favorite. This is a restaurant where you can casually enjoy Miyazaki chicken.
