This shop is located a few minutes walk from Shin-Koshigaya Station. When I want to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in Shinkoshigaya, I usually go to this restaurant. A popular menu item is liver. The liver is wrapped in fat that looks like stretched beef tallow, and the combination of that fat and liver gives it an indescribable flavor that's addictive. It seems like they are using fresh liver, there is no smell, and the texture is crispy, which is very good. Other of the menu is also delicious, so it feels like it can be used for entertaining. This time, for some reason, I only took photos like this one. sorry.
