越谷駅東口歩いて５分の「サイナ」さんです。
インドのお店と思って来たところが、大きく
誇らしいネパール国旗が風にたなびいてます。
まずはごあいさつ、こんにちは～♪自然光の
どうにか届く席（ぽすん☆）トピー帽確認で
食べたいの向きをチェンジ。カレーはご紹介
し尽されてます故‥おっ見ーつけた⤴これに
合わせるはネパールを意識しつつインド中華
「ほうれん草炒め」と「チキンチリ」あとね
「ダルスープ」と「ジラライス」ジラ多めで。
粉物イイ感じだけど、大好物のジラライスは
外せない。炭水化物被りになるモモも回避で
苦渋の選択。ワンス・モア・ジラ多め念押し。
ほうれん草炒め出ました、ネパールっぽさで
選びましたが‥小松菜も意外に栄養あるよｗ
ニンニクのみじん切りにクミソも入って嬉し。
お次はダルスープ、豆だから蓄熱して熱っ熱
啜れな～い（うまい）そしてジラジラすぎる
１００％バスマティのジーラライスやった☆
チキンチリと小松菜炒めをオン！して（ぱく）
甘じょっぱいぞチリ？辛くして言い忘れの罪
