昨日9/18オープンのお店です。
新聞のチラシで興味を持ちお邪魔しました。
焼き上がりの餃子は無いそうで、生と冷凍の販売だそうです。
9/18～9/27の間は、
北越ぎょうざ（生）40個 1080円 ⇒ 900円
男餃子 16個 540円 ⇒ 400円
との事で、餃子好きなもんで早速うかがってみました。
お店に着くと、行列は6名ほどでした。
ぎょうざマシーンで作った端から箱詰めされて販売です。
私は、北越ぎょうざ（40個）の大箱を1つと、男餃子（16個）冷凍を1つ頂きました。
帰って早速北越ぎょうざを40個全て焼いて頂きましたが、小ぶりですがとってもジューシー (^^♪
最初の20個は蒸らしを長めにしてふっくらホクホク仕様に♪
残りの20個は焼きを強めに焼き上がりにもゴマ油を入れてカリカリジューシーに焼いてみましたヨ！
やっぱ、熱々餃子にはビールがあいますネ～
