夕飯に友達から美味しいって聞いていたお店だったけど、申し訳ないと思いつつも友達を差し置いて家族でお邪魔しちゃいました
見た目にも愉しい演出なうえに、スモークの香りも素晴らしい真鯛のカルパッチョでスタートして、生ハム盛り合わせからステーキ盛り合わせ、馬刺しへとお肉三昧 ♬
カサゴのアクアパッツァのスープもめちゃくちゃ美味しくてお酒が進みます！
雲丹のクリームパスタにはたっぷりの雲丹が入っていて濃厚な味わい
ハウスワインは手頃な価格からあるものの、ワインの品揃えが半端なくて、オーパスワンからケンゾーエステート、シャトー・ムートン・ロートシルトまで値段を二度見しちゃう超絶なワインリスト
オーナーシェフが集めたワインは、いまやとても手に入らないものが沢山あって、いつか呑んでみたいと思う超貴重なコレクションでした
