I was riding my bike out to do some shopping this afternoon, trying not to go out. I thought I might as well eat something on the way home (*´-`) and so this restaurant caught my eye. I ordered: 1. Sashimi liver (low temperature cooking). I've never cooked something low temperature before, but I saw a recipe somewhere and it seems to be difficult. This sashimi liver was tender and delicious. 2. Simmered pork tendon with sourness. The flavor was well-absorbed, the meat was tender, and the overall seasoning was gentle and well-balanced♪ Whatever we ordered, it was seasoned to make us feel like it would be delicious... We talked about wanting to come again! We wanted to try this next time! And most of all, I was happy that they had half portions~ヽ(;▽;)ノ At a reasonable price! I thought this was a restaurant that fulfilled my desire to eat lots of delicious food, just a little at a time.
