越谷で保存していた中からこちらのお店に決めて初訪問した。
住宅街の中にあるお店で店の前に駐車場数台
店内に入ると、予約の有無を聞かれた。
予約をしていない事を告げたら、接客の人がおそらく店主と思しき人に相談してカウンターに案内された。
先客もいたが、自分のあとにも予約したお客さんが来ていた
予約してないお客さんは断られていたので、自分はラッキーだったみたい。
ランチは粗挽き和牛ハンバーグや石焼き牛すじカレーやサーロインステーキ丼など。その中から
石焼き鶏まぶし(サラダ・ドリンクセット) 1500円
を注文した。
鶏のもも肉とかつくねとか手羽先とかご乗っている
甘辛いタレで味付けされていて、石焼きなので、ご飯のおこげもある。
手羽先は食べ辛そうだなぁと思ったが、これはかなり柔らかく煮込まれていて、骨離れがいいので食べやすい。
ちゃんとそこは想定済みだったかー！流石
ネギや刻み海苔やわさびも付いていて、鶏スープも付いてくる。
これをかけて食べても美味しい。
量は普通にあったと思うけど、すぐ食べてしまい、ちょっと物足りない感じもした。
お客さんは自分以外全員女性で、いかにも女性が好みそうなランチだと思った。
和牛粗挽きハンバーグや牛すじカレーも食べてみたいけど、次回は電話して予約してから行こうと思う。
