I had a shuttle to the Shimajiro concert, so I decided to eat at a nearby restaurant and head home. Since I have children, I searched for a non-smoking place and visited Mr. Yamagaki, which seemed vacant. The inside of the store still feels new and clean, and it's not that big. The atmosphere got worse. Since I was driving, I toasted with oolong tea and non-alcoholic drinks. I think the only juice available was orange juice. It's for adults. The appetizer was stewed, the seasoning was a little spicy, and the deep-fried tofu was soaked and delicious.・Sea grapes delivered directly from Okinawa Available in regular and large sizes, ordered in a large size. It's quite salty. I think it would be even better without the salt.・Chinese cabbage salad, wild persimmon style A salad made with shredded Chinese cabbage tossed with coleslaw-like dressing and seasoned with salted kelp. It had a crunchy texture, the sweetness of the Chinese cabbage, and the saltiness of the salted kelp. The dressing was delicious, but my tastes may vary, so it might be nice to be able to choose a sesame oil base as well.・Bitter melon champuru A bitter gourd champuru made with spam. The eggs are fluffy and the seasoning is good. The bitter gourd also seemed to have been removed, so it had a good bitterness and was delicious without any strange taste.・Salted Cow tongue (4 pieces) It has the flavor of Cow tongue, and is fluffy, soft, and delicious. The seasoning was good as well. I've been seeing it a lot lately around Kawaguchi Koshigaya and it's recommended, but I wonder if it's popular?・Crispy fried chicken thighs from Miyazaki Prefecture. Quite filling. The batter is crispy as the menu name suggests. It was written that the fried chicken was marinated in a homemade sauce, but the sauce was quite sweet and it was like nothing I had ever eaten before. I think a normal ginger and garlic soy sauce base would be better.・I think this is one of Hakata Hot Pot signature menu items. It's quite luxurious and I can highly recommend it. There is a wide variety of toppings, including peaches, breasts, gizzards, liver, meatballs, tofu, shirataki mushrooms, white onions, mizuna, enoki mushrooms, cabbage, and wheat gluten. The bone-in thigh meat that was stewed first was also quite delicious with a crumbly texture. The soup was rich and didn't feel too greasy, and the meat and vegetables that were cooked afterwards absorbed the flavor well and were both delicious. I didn't drink it this time, but if I did, it would probably cost around 6,000 yen. It's a bit pricey in terms of cost performance, but I thought it was a pretty good place to eat hot pot. There were various types of hotpots such as Sukiyaki, and the food was generally delicious, so I'm looking forward to it.
