前日の新聞折り込みチラシで、からやま期間限定【坦々つけ麺×からあげ】を発見！☆☆！
そのビジュアルにノックアウト･･･ 行かねば、ねば、ネバ～！！
埼玉県越谷市の【からやま 南越谷店】さんへ初訪問。
最寄り駅は、ＪＲ武蔵野線：南越谷駅 or スカイツリーライン：新越谷駅の直ぐ近く。
4月23日に新規オープンの真新しい店舗のため、食べログ★評価はまだ無し。
店舗に着くとテイクアウトカウンター４～５名待ち。
店内へ入ると５割り程のお客さん、後客さん多数って感じ。^^
一番奥側のカウンター席へ着～ ^^
間髪入れずメニューを指さして【担々つけ麺】７５９円を口頭オーダー♪
新しいお店だからかナ！？ スタッフさん１０名程で中々な活気。
７分程でオーダーの品が提供。
サービスの『いかの塩辛』付き･･･ ^^;
スープをいただくと、胡麻の香り豊か、痺辛風味も良い程合いに効いていて中々本格的な坦々スープ。
ストレート太麺はスパ寄りな感じだが歯切れ良く旨い ^^♪
箸休めにテーブルセットの壺に入った『たくあん』がポロポリ良い食感＆うまい ^^♪
坦々つけ麺はマジ、カラ揚げ屋さんの『つけ麺』ってレベルでは無いおいしさ！
まぁ～ 『かつや』をはじめグループ店多数展開のALSホールディングス株式会社。
商品開発に妥協無しって感じ。 ^^
