仙台の名店が越谷にきた！ということで都内から伺いました。越谷までは時間がかかりましたが、駅から歩いて2分ほど。
ドリンクメニューからジンジャエールを頼むとすぐに来ました。
そしてキムチ盛り合わせ、ナムル盛り合わせを堪能してから、珍しい牛タンおでんと肉じゃがをいただきました。
まず、キムチ、美味しすぎ問題。。
甘さの中にピリッとくる辛さ…辛いのが苦手な人も、好きな人も満足できると思います。大根のキムチ最高…
牛タンおでん…罪でした…これはお肉への期待が高まる！
上タン、上ハラミ、上カルビ上ロース、中ロース、蒸し焼きカルビ泰山焼きいきました。
まず見てすぐにお肉の綺麗さで美味しいに決まってるのがわかります。写真映えする〜
そして実際に食べてみると、脂身が多いはずのカルビやザブトン…まっったく重くない！！！！✨
食べやすくておいしすぎる。
上タンの分厚さ、味付け完璧。レモンをつけなくても最高に美味しい！
そして何より泰山さんのタレが！！
他のお店にはないような味。
甘さの中に生姜が入っていたりオリジナル秘伝のタレでご飯がススムススム…
白米を頼んでいましたがすぐになくなってしまったため笑シメにガーリックライス頼んで大正解！
デザートにゆずのシャーベットをいただきましたがこれがまた最後まで最高に美味しいのなんの…濃厚だけど口の中がゆずでさっぱりするという。。
絶対にまた行きたいお店です！
