I was curious about this Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Sendai since it was the first one to open in the Kanto region. On this day, I made a reservation in advance using Tabelog 's reservation function before visiting. The store is located about 2-3 minutes walk from Koshigaya Station. The store is a little horizontal and has a slightly retro look that gives it a nice atmosphere. The inside of the shop is not that big, and has a cozy and calm atmosphere. There seems to be a course, but on this day I decided to order al carte. I ordered an assortment of hatsashi, upper tongue, upper skirt steak, medium loin, steamed grilled short ribs, grilled taiyama, and namul. The meat was served at a fairly good pace. And everything is delicious! It's not particularly fatty, but the red meat has a great flavor. Jotan is also originally from Sendai. Quite thickly sliced. It's satisfying to eat. Personally, I'm a little disappointed with the sauce. I was a little disappointed that the hatsashi only smelled like sesame oil. However, overall Yakiniku (Grilled meat) was highly satisfying.
