◆つけ麺・中辛・冷盛／¥1000
麺は そこまで冷たくなっていませんでしたが、
ちょうど それくらいの方が 麺を味わえて正解。
表面がきれいで 優しい弾力を感じる麺です。
この麺はいい。おいしいな〜 と思いました。
スープは 中辛を選んだら ギリギリ大丈夫な
辛さだったのですが、私には その１つ下の
「旨辛」でも よかったかも知れません。
中辛は 麺を強く啜ると むせるので
その意味でも 次回は「旨辛」ですね。
なお、冷盛を選んだため、スープが途中で
冷めます。お店の人に言えば、温め直しを
してくれるのですが、結構 混んでいたので
卓上にあるポットに入った割スープを投入！
辛さも温度も ちょうどよくなり美味（╹◡╹）
もっと早く割スープを投入すればよかった。
今回は 冷盛を食べ 麺の良さが分かったので
次回は 熱盛にして食べてみたくなりました。
ちなみに
店に入ってすぐの所に券売機があり、前の人が
買っていると ドアの外で待つことになります。
これは かなり 不便な配置でした。。。
目の前にあるのに手が出せない もどかしさと
先の見えない待ち時間にイライラしてしまう。
自分でも 初めて この券売機を使ってみたら
操作面で分かりにくい部分があり、前の人が
時間がかかったのも 成程 理解できました。
設置場所か券売機の操作性のどちらかだけでも
改善して欲しいところですが、難しいのかな〜
