On this day, I had dinner at Minamikoshigaya with a friend who lives in Saitama. This is my first time landing at Minami Koshigaya, and I made a reservation for this one, which is close to the station and has good reviews. It's located in the basement of Hotel Sunoak, 2-3 minutes from the station, going straight towards Koshigaya Lake Town. Underground of a business hotel? ! That's what I thought at first, but the inside of the restaurant has a calm atmosphere, it's spacious like a maze, and it's a completely private room, so you can enjoy it without worrying about those around you. The menu includes Kyushu dishes such as the famous earthenware pot rice, Hakata skewered stew, and oden, as well as a Korean Cuisine fair for a limited time.
