There is a group of 6 guys who drink regularly once every 1-2 months. This time, the organizer made a reservation for a store in Minamikoshigaya. The name of this store seems to have come from the fact that it opened on July 7th this year. I see, it's easy to understand (lol). When you enter the semi-basement store...the tables are lined up quite tightly in the small interior. 6 seats at the counter, 10 very small two-person tables. It seems that they are used in combination depending on the number of people. I'm glad that they have Akahoshi large bottled beer. I will toast with that red star! After that, it was just Jim Beam High. This may be the first time I've ever seen a glass with Jim Beam's name on it. Now, the most important dish... There were 6 guys, so we ate quite a variety. The recommended Awaodori Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is a reasonable size and all of it is quite delicious. What I personally liked most were the heart and the skin. Today's recommended fried chicken and chikuwa isobe was also very good. And what was surprisingly delicious was the lightly pickled tomatoes. Overall, all the dishes are pretty good. Now, this shop. I was surprised that there were 4 staff members considering the number of seats. That means it's a pretty popular store. It's true that the seats were quite full on this day as well.
