2023年12月20日、越谷レイクタウンmoriの屋外レストランエリアに『山下本気うどん』がオープン！
渋谷、横浜と続き、越谷レイクタウンにも誕生しました！
期間限定メニューから定番の名物「白い明太チーズクリームうどん」など幅広く揃えており、今回は名物メニューを注文！
以前まで大盛りサービスが適用外であった白い明太クリームうどんが大盛りもできるとのことで、大盛りでお願いしました。
もちもちの太麺は喉越しの良さもあり、白い明太チーズクリームソースにしっかりと絡み合い最高です。
非常にレベルの高いうどんに感動。
天ぷらも揚げたて熱々で、半熟玉子天は黄身がとろとろの半熟具合でレベルが高い！
鶏天はハーフサイズも用意しており、1人客にも有難い。
サクサクの揚げたての鶏天も美味しかったです！
オープンして間もないこともあり、綺麗な店内は清潔感もあり良かったです！
