ゴールデンウィークの日曜日に知人と二人で利用しました。
あらかじめ食べログで春日部の居酒屋をチェックしたところ、
上位にこちらのお店があったので、予約の上訪問しました。
場所は春日部駅から徒歩3分くらいのところにあります。
外観はもつ焼きのお店に見えないおしゃれな感じです。
メニューはもつ焼きがメインで、その他単品メニューも豊富です。
2人でオーダーしたものは、
ドリンクが生ビール1杯、ホッピー2本と中味おかわり2杯、デンキブランロックで5杯、
料理が、もつ焼き6本（カシラ、ナンコツ、テッポウ各2本）、
もつ煮込み、野菜サラダ、レバーフライ、春巻
デザートにサービスのアイスクリームです。
ドリンクは割安感があるし、料理はどれもおいしく、
もつ焼きと煮込みは看板メニューだけあって、抜群のうまさです。
特にナンコツは食べた瞬間驚きでした。
スジ肉と間違えるくらいに柔らかい。
また、煮込みは冷めても柔らかく、臭みもなく、これもなかなかです。
もつのうまさをこのリーズナブルなプライスで堪能することが出来ました。
日曜夜だったのですが、予約のお客で店内は満員。
この料理、このプライス、なら十分わかります。
東京から交通費（片道500円強）をかけてもいいかなと感じました。
また、利用させていただきます。
