そしてこちらのモツ煮
柔らかみのある大根、人参、そしてモツとバランス良し

お刺身3点盛りを注文
ホタルイカ、ヒラメ、マグロのラインナップ
旬のお魚を新鮮な状態でいただけます。
あとは焼き牡蠣、店員さんオススメの焼き筍を注文
焼き牡蠣は焼きでも生でも300円
大ぶりの牡蠣を熱々のうちに頬張ると口の中でジュワーと身がほぐれます。
焼き筍は今が旬の筍を塩、ポン酢の両方でさっといただく。
分厚い筍なので薄味でも筍そのものが味わえます。
