こちらのお店は、東武線 東京スカイツリーラインの一ノ割駅にあります。駅から歩いて3分もあれば到着です。お隣はクレヨンしんちゃんの街 春日部駅。
お店入り口脇にあったメニューを確認。今月（7月）の季節の釜飯は鮎。
セット内容も確認せずにセットで注文1.540円。（単品968円）
冷たい麦茶とおしぼりの後に運ばれてきたのは小鉢3種。
説明を受けましたが、1品目は何だったか。桜えびと季節野菜の冷たい煮物に餡がかかっていました。あとの2種は、うざくと明太レンコン。
これを見ちゃったらお酒が飲みたくなるってもんです。
蔓延防止法でお店によって対応が違うので、一応お酒が飲めるかを確認。
これは日本酒だな。と、メニューを開いてどれにしようか考えていたら、自家製ジンジャーハイの文字が。日本酒からあっさり路線変更でジンジャーハイ605円を注文。
このジンジャーハイは、あかん奴です。甘さの中に生姜の辛味と風味があり、ジュースみたいに飲めちゃう奴です。一気飲みできちゃうけど我慢。釜飯が到着するまで小鉢3種とジンジャーハイで静かな時を過ごします。
釜飯が炊き上がり配膳。
ここから蒸らし時間の3分を砂時計で計ります。
待ってる間に茶碗蒸し、お新香、みそ汁、小骨を除ける取り皿が並べられ、後は食べるのみ。
セット内容を確認しなかったけど、充実のセットです。
砂が落ち切ったら釜底からご飯を掬い上げひっくり返し、ひっくり返しながら鮎もほぐし混ぜます。ご飯と鮎のいい香りが立ち腹の虫が鳴きそう。それではお茶碗によそっていただきます。
んー。美味い。そりゃ、美味いに決まってるよね。ちゃんとオコゲもあって香ばしさもあります。
骨も頭も美味しく頂けますので小骨用の小皿はいりません。
全部美味しく頂きました。
さて、お会計をして帰ろうかとマスクを付けたらデザートが運ばれてきました。
やはりちゃんとセット内容は確認しないとね。
カボチャプリン、美味しかったです。
次は、日本酒でいただきたいです。
