東武スカイツリーライン 一ノ割駅近くに釜飯屋さんがオープンしたと聞き訪れる
その居酒屋風の店内に入るとテーブル席と僅かなカウンター席があり いい香りがしてくる
すると店員さんが席までご案内下さりメニューのご説明がありメインは勿論 釜飯 そな内容は… 鶏五目 深川 鯛 牛すじ 他にお刺身 天ぷら 一品料理も充実している
初めてなので「 鶏五目釜飯 」をお願いすると始めに前菜の ひじきの白和え 新玉ねぎの肉詰め ヤングコーンのじゃが芋ソース 次に紅葉がらの器に入った熱々の茶碗蒸し そしてメインの釜飯とともに砂時計が出され… 「 3分蒸らししてからお食べください 」っとのことなので ジィ～っと待ち 釜を開けるとふわっと美味しい湯気が上がり 艶々の蒸し鶏 鶏とつくねご飯が現れる
そのホッカホッカを茶碗に盛って食べれば… うんっ美味しい！
しかも軽やかな風味なので最後まで飽きずにあっという間に食べ終わってしまう
最後にデザートの黒ごま豆腐のきな粉がけを食べ終了 それからカウンターにて店主さんとお話すると…彼は岩槻出身で 牛島にある 「 魚元 」で和食の修行をして独立 「 自分でお店を始めるなら あったかいものを提供したい 」っとの思いから釜飯をメインにお店をオープンしまそうだ
そんなこちらの店名は 「 旬なもの季節のもの を提供したい 」っとのお気持ちから名付けたそうで 真面目な仕事ぶりはお見事 また直ぐにでも来て全種類食べたくなる そんな初夏の午後 店主さん 店員さん ごちそうさまでした。
PS … あまりに美味しかったので後日 迷った末あきらめた「 季節の煮穴子釜飯 」を早々食べ満足する私でしたとさっ
