特味噌ラーメン背脂有。濃厚な味噌でがっしりした麺でバランス最高で美味しい。もやし、コーン、など野菜もたっぷりでいい。ナッツの食感も嬉しい。
スープ、甘め、こくと旨味が深くうまい。
麺、太さ、ちぢれ、スープのからみ、ゆで具合も良い。
チャーシューも旨かった、柔らかく。
次は家族と来たい。
