三郷市に味噌ラーメンの専門店があることを知り、行ってきました。伺ったのは、平日の18時30分頃、結構空いていて、半分くらい席は空いていました。もっとも私が食べている間に7割くらいは埋まってしまいましたが。最寄り駅がないため、車です。店の前に5台くらいの駐車場があります。食券を購入してカウンター席に案内されます。注文したのは、厚切りチャーシューや煮卵がトッピングされた特味噌ラーメン。10分くらいで着丼です。
大きなバラ肉のチャーシューを炙ってあり、なかなかのボリュームです。スープをいただいくと、濃厚な味わいが広がります。麺は極太の味噌ラーメンに合った平打ち麺で、もやしや挽肉なども入っています。煮卵はちょうど良い味わいで良好。スープも熱々で寒い日にぴったりでした。接客も良い感じで気軽に入れるお店でした。ご馳走様でした。
