味噌ラーメンが食べたいと思い日月堂三郷店さんへ。味噌ラーメン専門店です。
赤ネギ味噌ラーメン￥990を注文し待っていると野菜を炒める音が食欲を掻き立てます。そして約10分後に着丼です。
スープを飲むと炒めた野菜の風味が先に来て美味しいです。赤ネギはそんなに辛くはなく食べやすいです。麺は太ちぢれ麺でスープによく絡みます。タマネギの辛さもいいアクセントになっています。コーンがデフォルトでついているのも嬉しいポイントです。卓上の調味料も豊富で豆板醤、ニンニク、ブラックペッパー、一味唐辛子、花椒、お酢などがあります。私は最初に花椒をかけて痺れを加えて最後にお酢をかけて最後まで楽しめました。
ポイントカードなどもあるのでまた食べたい時に行きたいと思います。
