埼玉で他店舗展開している味噌ラーメンのチェーン店。
前回とは別の店舗にお邪魔しましたが、ハキハキとした接客は変わらず。気持ち良いですね。
今回は味噌坦々麺(990円)に炙りチャーシュー(230円)をトッピング。
味噌坦々麺の味噌は旨辛味噌らしく、一口スープを味わった瞬間から程よい辛さが押し寄せます。
それでいて、後口には若干の甘さも残るのが不思議です。
麺は味噌ラーメンと同じ菅野製麺所の中太モチモチ縮れ麺。
炙りチャーシューは満足ゆく大きさと柔らかさ。
その他の具材は半熟味玉ではなく、ゆで玉子。肉味噌、玉葱、モヤシ、ニラ、小松菜。坦々麺らしくラー油もたっぷりでした。
