埼玉県吉川市（よしかわ）が、何やらベトナムっぽいこと気付いてしまい

ブタのすごい料理も気になるし３３３も飲みたい、というわけでＪＲさん
安全運行でよろしくお願いしまっす！レイクタウンに行きたいお客さんと
共に揺られて息ごらえ‥どばあ降りてくださり、ひと駅の平穏で吉川駅着。
北口ロータリーをちょい行くと、もう見えました「ＮＧＯＮ」さんの看板。
雑居ビルの２Ｆに上がればＯＰＥＮの札、中はネイティブ・ヤングさんの
お食事場になっていたっ！馴れっこの某所某国ともまた違う異国感が新鮮。

へー冷製なんだ、ナンプラーのクサ旨ーい甘酢で和えていてピリッと辛い。
噛み応えある筋肉質が羊ちゃんとの大きな違い、ヤギは羊よりマッスル⤴
レモングラスの小口切りはパクチーの香りを上回る芳香。別添えのタレは
より強い塩気ながらほの甘く、より辛ーい、クセになるベトナムの複雑味。
ヤギは羊より香り控えめ。ヤギは羊より脂っぽくない。ヤギは毛が少ない。
羊と比べないで！ヤギはヤギだから。来たよ来たよ～豚ホルモンのブンが
やっ、このソーセージは日本の食文化に登場しないやつ。いくゼ☆ホイッ
ホワホワ（食感）すぐ美味いっ！何この肉の旨味だけ固めたようなの！！
ほら目をつむって食べてごらん‥幸せな味がするよ。ツルツルの中太麺は
お口の中までちゃんとやってきて、そのあとパツパツ千切れる楽しい食感。
優しい塩気のスープは角の無い酸味が後を引き、何度も何度も啜っちゃう。
軟骨のコリコリ、腸のグニグニ、ホルモンヌさんに合うと思う☆
さあ行っちゃえベトナム！次こそ★★★★だ！！
