こちらの蕎麦は10割蕎麦です。今までは更級そばしか食べられなかったのですが、玄挽きそばや粗挽き蕎麦も美味しいんです。そばがきがモチモチして他の店のものとは違うんです。全く癖がなくてこんなに美味しいものがあるんだと感動しました。
今日はそばがきぜんざいと冷やしかけそばをいただきました。よく冷えた出汁の聞いたつゆにツルッとした蕎麦が美味しいです。そばがきぜんざいはあんことそばがきの組み合わせが絶妙です。
こちらに来ると憂世を忘れられました。ご馳走様でした。
