I knew that the Doma Doma Urawa store was holding an all-you-can-eat fried chicken lunch, so I thought it was a bit far away, but I wish I could go someday, and I found it nearby ^ ^ I stopped by on my way home from shopping. I thought it might be crowded because of the high cost performance (^◇^;), but when I entered the store, it was quiet, with no other customers, probably because it was after 1pm and quite late for lunch. There was a sign at the entrance that said pay in advance, so I ordered the fried chicken set meal from the staff, and after paying, I was handed a card with the all-you-can-eat rule written on it, and the set meal was completed in about 2 minutes. All tasks other than plating the food are self-service, and when your plate is empty, you bring it to the counter and ask the staff to plate it for you, and when you're done eating, you clean up after yourself. I'm convinced that the key to a super cheap all-you-can-eat lunch was to reduce labor costs by having only one staff member manage it. It was my first time to have a dirt floor, but the restaurant has a calm and beautiful Japanese-style atmosphere, and there is also a separate smoking area. The set meal consists of fried chicken, dipping sauce, salad, and rice on a tray. In addition to fried chicken, there were several types of Gyoza / Dumpling set meals, but the all-you-can-eat option only listed fried chicken. The fried chicken is quite large, has a soy sauce-based seasoning, and is hot, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and quite delicious. Is the dipping sauce mayonnaise or sweet soy sauce? Salt garlic sauce? There were only 3 types, but there wasn't much other than mayonnaise, so I couldn't really taste the fried chicken.Well, since the fried chicken itself was seasoned, there wasn't much of a problem, but it's a shame. It was delicious, so I wanted to eat more, but I felt awkward because there were no other customers, so I ordered three fried chicken dishes [18 pieces] and one refill of rice. I prepared the food, disinfected the table, and then left the store.
