【やっぱり期待を裏切らない安定感あるインド（ネパール）カレーランチ】 : GAJUR

・I received the 2-course curry set (1,200 yen) + set drink (100 yen)/special set (1,380 yen).・The total cost for two people was 2,680 yen (approximately 1,300 yen per person).・About a year and a half since the last time, I visited again for Asaka lunch for the first time in a while.・This time, the standard theme was "eating curry".・The types of curry are as follows. *A Dal (beans)/B Chicken/C Vegetable/D Keema/E Mutton/F Seafood /G Spinach chicken/H Butter chicken/I Shrimp/daily ・In the case of a 2-course curry set, choose from A to F above. You can choose two of them, and in the case of a special set, you can choose two from all of them.・This time, there were 4 types to choose from, so I chose ``B Chicken'', ``D Keema'', ``H Butter Chicken'', and ``I Shrimp''.・Chicken and keema are THE Indian (Nepal) curry, each with a consistent taste. These were two dishes that went well with naan and rice.・Butter chicken and shrimp are high-priced products, so their deliciousness stands out.・The combination of spiciness and mellowness of the butter chicken is exquisite, and the naan goes well with it. Are shrimp sweet or sour? Deliciousness with a well-balanced arrangement. Both were so delicious that you would want to order two types even if you ordered the special set.・In addition, both sets come with salad, naan & small rice or rice, and a mini dessert, and the two curry sets come with boneless tandoori chicken, and the special set comes with bone-in tandoori chicken + seekh kabab. This luxurious lineup is also wonderful. Furthermore, if you order the lunch set, you can order mango lassi, masala chai, coffee, etc. for only 100 yen, which is a great deal. ・2人で〆て、3,020円（1人約1,500円）でした。

※ゴイクン：生春巻き

・東武東上線 朝霞駅から歩くこと5分、駅から見て丸亀製麺さんの手前のブロックに佇む「ガズル 朝霞店」さん。

・店内はお昼でも雰囲気のあるダークウッド調な色味です。ミニバーカウンターのようなものもあり、夜はお酒を飲みに来るのもよさそうです。

・ナンとカレー=インドカレーと思いがちでしたが、日本にあるそれ系のカレー屋さんはネパール料理屋さんがほぼ。なんてお話を、「インドカレーを食べよう！」といって、そのお店にたどり着くたびにようやく思い出します

・さて、今回は「ナンとカレー」「それ以外のメイン」「生春巻き」の3種を食べてみよう、ということで以下のメニューをチョイスさせていただきました。

　＊ ゴイクン（720円）
　　- 海老とチキン、野菜の量バランスがばっちりで、野菜の食感をメインに楽しみながら、ふらっと現れる海老とチキンの食感と味わいが好きです。1つ1つのボリュームもしっかりしているものが4つもあるので食べ応え抜群です。付属のチリソース、これがまたピリ辛で旨辛。ランチ時からビールを飲みたくなってしまいます。

　＊ カオパッゲーンキヨウワーン（1,100円）　　- タイでは人気のグリーンカレーベースのチャーハン、だそうです。確かに、その名の通り。味はグリーンカレーなんですけど、グリーンカレーではない。チャーハンなんです。不思議な感覚に陥ります。カレーと一緒に食べても、チキンと一緒に食べても、楽しめる一品です。量もかなりあります。

　＊ 2種盛カレーセット（1,100円） セットドリンク（+100円）
　　- カレーは6種の中から2種を選択します（ダル豆/チキン/ベジタブル/キーマ/マトン/シーフード）。それに加えて、ライスorナン、骨なしタンドリーチキン1個、サラダ、デザートがついてきます。これに100円をプラスするだけでマンゴーラッシーまで頂けました。
　　- サラダは、ドレッシングがサウザンドレッシング。これはどんな状況でも親しみやすく食べやすく感じるので好きなドレッシングです。
　　- カレーは、チキンとキーマをチョイス。辛さは5段階のうちレベル4を選択。どちらも安定の美味しさ。サプライズ的な何かはないのですが、この安定感のあるカレーこそ、「食べに行こう！」といった瞬間の気持ちを決して裏切らないのですきです。辛さは、結構辛めですが、辛すぎないギリギリライン。私は好きです。
　　- そして、とにかくナンが美味しいぃ。熱々でカリフワなナン。これを書いている今でも食べたくなります。
　　- マンゴーラッシーは、濃くて甘いヨーグルト×マンゴーのジュースでした。

・総じて、「安定」「期待通り」がぴったりなランチでした。
・近隣で勤務されている方も沢山訪問されており、お昼時の店内はかなり賑わっていました。
・次回は、夜にお酒と共にネパール料理を堪能した後に、最後の締めでカレーを頂く、そんな楽しみ方をしてみたいと思います。ご馳走様でした。
