A well-balanced soup with beef, pork, and chicken ingredients and clams to boost the flavor. This is a Chinese noodle dish with a soft aroma of tamari soy sauce. Add the chopped wasabi on the table to
... enjoy a change in flavor. For the finale, add rice and chopped wasabi to the remaining soup for an excellent dish! Niboshi Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles) and rich niboshi tsukesoba are also recommended!
