ぎょうざの満洲で早めの夕ご飯。
店舗は奥に長くまずまずのキャパシティ。
ボクは奥の席に着席。

注文は焼餃子6個280円税込と
レバニラ炒め480円をポチッと。
待つ事5分での提供。

レバーは臭み無く
レバーらしい反発する食感、
野菜はシャッキシャキシャキ、
木耳コリコリが心地良い。
野菜は玉葱、人参、韮、もやし。
チェーン店と侮るなかれ、
ツボを押さえた出来栄えだ。
味は薄味だけど、卓上の調味料で
好みに味変出来るから
問題無し。
ボクは、そのまま食べた後、
胡椒、ラー油、お酢、
ラストに醤油で濃い目と味変♬
これが楽しい。
