朝霞のスポッチャに行き運動したのでお肉が食べたくなり朝霞駅付近の焼肉屋さんへ
注文は
国産上厚切り牛タン 1,180円
国産切り落としロース 950円
国産牛ハラミ 1,030円
キムチ 500円
お通しはないのでキムチを頼み、胃を落ち着かせます。
まずは厚切り牛タンから、鉄板は温まるまで時間があったので上に載せつつ焼き上がるまで待ちます。
だんだん焼けるようになってきたので両面をしっかり焼き上げます。
ネギと卓上の塩をちょこっとつけて口の中へ
コリコリの肉の旨味がたまらない牛タンでした。
続いて赤身
切り落としの方は一口サイズの分配
こちらも両面程よい焼き加減でタレにつけていただくと肉の旨味を感じました。
ハラミ
こちらも同様に赤身で肉肉しい味わいでした。
肉卸直営なだけあり肉質が良い焼肉が楽しめます。
